The upcoming Friday is scheduled for the pronouncement regarding the Rafale Deal. The Supreme Court will be pronouncing on the pleas which are seeking the court-monitored probe concerning the Rafale Deal with France.

The multi-billion dollar deal is been on the headlines from the day it originated.

The bench of three judges, comprising the Cheif Justice of India, Ranjan Gogoi, justice S.K Kaul, and justice K.M Joseph has been concerning the matter.

The Congress Party, is in the favour of Retired Major General, Rajan Kochhar has sentenced it as, “After fighting for our nation, he is now fighting for truth; Major General (Retd) Rajan Kochhar is demanding a Joint Parliamentary Committee probe on the Rafale deal& we must all support his crusade for transparency. Relining the history in the case then, it was Advocate ML Sharma, who filed the very first petition against the deal, Rafale Deal. 

The Rafale Deal includes an international deal with France of buying 36 Rafale Air Jets, which comprise an estimate around 580 billion. The Center government, in this regard, is not in favor to disclose the pricing details of the deal.

Then it was lawyer Vineet Dhandha and AAP Leader Sanjay Singh had followed the same in the regard of Rafale Deal. The matter was so seriously taken the mass media that, Yashwant Sinha and Arun Shourie also moved in the way. 

Regarding the regulations, there was an FIR lodged against the deal which witm=nessed Advocate Prashant Bhushan who is also an activist, went to the apex court.
