RAFALE VERDICT: “THE GOVERNMENT HAD MISLED THE COURT”
On the very judgment by the honorable Supreme Court, the government stated that the court had made some misinterpretations.
The Rafale verdict made by the Supreme Court on Saturday received a sealed cover from the government concerning a statement that notices the misinterpretation of Supreme Cout on the pricing details.
The Supreme Court after hearing the arguments on Rafale Jet Deal pronounces that the government has shared the pricing details with the concerning committees. On the other hand, the opposition is claiming that the sharing of pricing details have not been done.
The opposition is claiming on the basis of the statement by the chairman of PAC (Public accounts committee), Mallikarjun Kharge. The chairman of PAC has denied all the claims of the pricing details sharing, which has been said by the Supreme Court.
The President of the Congress Party, Rahul Gandhi had a press meet on Friday reacting on the judgment of the Supreme court on a respective day.

THE GOVERNMENT HAVE MISLED THE COURT
Today, on Saturday, the Government has filed an application urging the court to correct the misinterpret the what the source said.
According to the judgement made by the Supreme court, “the pricing details have been shared with the Comptroller and Auditor General, and the report of CAG has been examined by the Public Accounts Committee, PAC. Along with that, a portion of the report has been shared on the floor of Parliament and me in Public Domain”.
Mr Kharge has requested all the members to ask when the report has been share. and not only this he also demanded an apology from the government to the court for misleading it.
